The department of urology at the American Mission Hospital touches all aspects of life. The department is involved mainly in diagnosing & treating problems involving the male and female urinary tract and male reproductive organs, from curing cancers to restoring fertility, from treating kidney stones to managing incontinence. Endourology & Stone disease

Minimally invasive and non-invasive management of kidney stones & other urinary tract stone. The department offers the most modern endoscopes and holmium laser in stone management.

Mens Health

Urology department provides care for a wide range of conditions affecting men’s health including benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH), voiding dysfunction, stricture urethra, urinary incontinence, prostate cancer screening &adult circumcision.

Paediatric Urology

AMH – URO department expertly treats urologic conditions in children including voiding dysfunction, reconstruction of urinary tract, urological cancers, correction of birth defects (congenital anomalies)of the urinary tract, evaluation and management of undescended testis, evaluation and management of recurrent urinary tract infections in children & circumcision.

Womens Health

We offer evaluation of conditions that affect women’s urinary tract & pelvic organs. The evaluation includes incontinence (stress, urge& mixed) & recurrent urinary tract infections.

Uro Oncology

Evaluation and management of kidney cancers, bladder cancers, prostate cancers, testicular cancers, penile cancers ,ureteral & renal pelvic tumours.

Male Infertility

AMH – UROLOGY Department offers full evaluation and treatment of male infertility including microsurgical varicocele ligation ( gold standard ), testicular biopsy, testicular sperm aspiration, vasovasostomy.

Andrology-impotence

Screening the causes of erectile dysfunction, counseling and management –medical and surgical, Repair of penile fractures are among the services offered.

Neurology& reconstructive Urology
